Welcome to MARSVON. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of marsvon.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by SHIYI ENTERPRISE LLC ("MARSVON", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it and charge your payment method.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example where stock has run out, a price was clearly listed in error, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel, you are refunded in full, promptly.
• All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and any shipping charge are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Pricing & Product Information

We work hard to keep product photos, descriptions and stock levels accurate, but occasional errors happen. Colors may render differently on different screens. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable or materially misdescribed, we'll contact you with the option of a substitute or a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We never store your card details.

Shipping, Risk & Title

Shipping timelines and rates are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier; title passes upon payment.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy — in short: 14 days from delivery, unworn with tags, refund to your original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — the MARSVON name, wave mark, photography, text and design — is owned by or licensed to SHIYI ENTERPRISE LLC and protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to breach its security, scrape it at scale, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with other customers' use.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, MARSVON disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
