Processing

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation when your order is placed and tracking as soon as it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
• Orders under $100 ship at a low flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
• Standard delivery typically arrives in 2–5 business days within California and 3–7 business days for the rest of the US.
• We currently ship within the United States only.

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, contact us and we'll chase it for you.

Returns — 14 Days

Didn't work out? You have 14 days from delivery to start a return for a refund.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
• Underwear, socks and items marked Final Sale are not returnable, for hygiene and clearance reasons.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, we cover everything.

How To Start a Return

• Text us at (626) 366-0706 or DM @shopmarsvon with your order number (it starts with "MV").
• We'll confirm eligibility and send you the return address and instructions within 1 business day.
• Once the item arrives back and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size? The fastest route is a return for refund plus a new order — that way your size doesn't sell out while the mail travels. If you'd rather do a direct exchange, message us and we'll set it aside when stock allows.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right immediately — replacement or full refund, including shipping, your choice.
